Enhance aesthetics: It’s the focal point of the B30’s front end—its grid pattern and color (usually matching the car’s body or trim) tie the whole front fascia together. Replacing a damaged grill restores the B30’s factory-fresh appearance.
Guard engine components: It acts as a first line of defense, blocking rocks, branches, bugs, and road debris from hitting the radiator, A/C condenser, or engine wiring (prevents dents, clogs, or short circuits).
Optimize airflow: The open grid design lets cool air pass through to the radiator—essential for keeping the engine cool in hot weather, heavy traffic, or during long drives.
This 8401550FG02 radiator grille is only suitable for BESTUNE b30 - incorrect matching means style gap or functional risk:
Suitable for these: all BESTUNE B30 variants (matching bumper size, headlight spacing, and front fascia design confirmed with VIN).
Not suitable for these
Other BESTUNE models: such as B50, T77, or t99 - different front bumper designs, grille sizes, or mounting points (cannot be connected or look mismatched).
Non-bestune vehicles: Even if they are similar in shape, their bumper brackets and front end dimensions are different (no functional matching; may damage the bumper of the B30).
Modified front end B30: The rear bumper or body kit has changed the size of the grille opening - the original grille is not suitable (leaving gaps or obstructing airflow).
Installation and Maintenance (Super DiY-friendly
Installation: Easy for beginners (15-20 minutes)
No special tools are needed to replace this grill. The method is as follows:
Preparation: Park the B30 on a flat surface and then turn off the engine. If the old grill is damaged, gently pull it forward to release the installation clips (starting from one corner to avoid breaking the clips).
Remove the old grill: If there are any small screws (some models have 1-2 additional safety screws), remove them first with a Phillips screwdriver. Then pull the old grille off the bumper and listen if the clips are released (do not apply force; if they are stuck, check the hidden screws).
Install the new grille: Align the 8401550FG02 with the installation slot of the bumper (match the edge of the grille to the headlights and the bumper). Press the edge hard until you hear a click - this means the clip is locked. If there are any screws, please re-tighten them.
Check for fit: Take a step back and make sure the grille aligns with the bumper and headlights (without any gaps or misalignments). Pull it gently to make sure it is safe.
Maintenance: Simple checks to maintain a good appearance
Clean once a week: Wipe the grill with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove bugs, internal organs, dirt or road salt accumulation that can make the grill look dull or impede air flow. For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristled brush (avoid scratching the plastic with a hard brush).
Check for damage: After driving on a gravel road or in heavy rain, inspect the grille for cracks, loose clips or debris stuck on it (use tweezers to remove small debris to avoid blockage).
Prevent ultraviolet rays: If you often park in the sun, apply a plastic protector (such as a plastic conditioner for the interior/exterior of your car) every three months - this can prevent fading and maintain the flexibility of the plastic.
Quickly fix loose clips: If the grill starts to creak, check for loose clips - replace missing or damaged clips (available at auto parts stores) to ensure the safety of the grill.
