 (part number 1118100-F00-00B), suitable for models from 2016 to 2019, with a maximum boost pressure of approximately 0.8-1.0bar.

Key components

Turbine end: The turbine impeller is made of high-temperature resistant alloys (such as Inconel), with a diameter of approximately 40-50mm, generating kinetic energy through the 

impact of exhaust gas.

Compressor3745100F0016 end: The compressor impeller is made of aluminum alloy and adopts a forward-inclined blade design to enhance the air intake efficiency, with a maximum air 

flow rate of 250-300kg/h.

Middle housing: Built-in floating bearings, lubricated and cooled with engine oil to ensure the stable operation of the turbine shaft at high temperature and high speed.

Bypass valve (Wastegate) : By controlling the bypass flow of exhaust gas, it regulates the turbine speed to prevent excessive supercharging from causing engine knocking.

Performance parameters

Low-power version (110kW/220N · m) : The turbo intervenes at 1800-4000rpm, providing continuous boost and balancing low-speed torque with mid-to-late range power output.

High-power version (132kW/270N · m) : Optimized turbo response speed, reaching peak torque at 1500rpm, reducing turbo lag and enhancing driving smoothness.

3. Compatibility and Maintenance Points

Matching principle: The turbocharger must be strictly selected in accordance with the engine model (SFG15T) to avoid power attenuation or reliability issues caused by mismatch 

in impeller size or boost ratio.

Maintenance suggestions

Lubrication system: Use fully synthetic engine oil (such as 5W-30SN grade), and replace the oil filter regularly to prevent impurities from damaging the bearings.

Cooling management: Avoid immediately shutting down the engine after it is running at high load. It is recommended to idle for 1-2 minutes to ensure that the turbocharger is full

 cooled.

Sealing inspection: Regularly test the sealing performance between the turbine housing and the intake and exhaust pipes to prevent air leakage from affecting the boosting effect.
