Core Jobs: Protect & Tidy Up the Trunk
Installation and maintenance of Chery FX rear Box Tray (501004489AADYJ)
This 501004489AADYJ trunk tray is only suitable for Chery fx. If it is not suitable, it cannot protect the trunk at all.
Suitable for these models:
All versions of Chery FX. It matches the size, shape and built-in hardware layout of the suitcase - make sure to check your VIN to confirm that it is correct.
Not suitable for these
Other Chery models: such as QQ or Tiger 3. Their trunk sizes and shapes are completely different, so the trays are either too large, too small, or cannot be arranged correctly.
For non-Chery vehicles: Even if the trunk looks about the same size, the internal shape and built-in components do not match. The tray may slide or leave uncovered spots.
Chery FX with modified trunk: If you add after-sales trunk components (such as cargo storage devices), they may hinder the installation of pallets.
Installation and Maintenance: Super easy - You can do it yourself!
Installation: No tools required - completed in 5 minutes
It's very easy to put this tray in - no need to hire a professional. The method is as follows:
Get the trunk ready: Take everything out of the trunk and then wipe the original trunk carpet to remove dust and small debris.
Align and lay the 501004489AADYJ tray flat: Grab the 501004489AADYJ tray, align its cut with the cable hook or spare tire cover of the suitcase, and then lay it flat on the floor of the suitcase.
Adjust and ensure it is safe: Gently press the tray to make sure it remains in the right position. Its anti-slip bottom will hold onto the carpet, so it won't slide around. No bolts, glue or clips needed - not at all!
Maintenance: Super easy to keep clean
Daily cleaning: Use a dry cloth or brush to wipe off surface dirt or debris.
Dealing with spills: If anything splashes on it, wipe it clean immediately with a damp cloth. For sticky substances like mud or soda, rinse the tray with water and let it dry on its own.
When necessary, perform a deep cleaning: If it is really dirty, pull it out of the trunk, rinse it with a hose, and then wipe it with mild soap. Then dry it and put it back.
Check for wear and tear: Inspect every six months for cracks or warping. If the anti-slip material wears out (causing things to slide around), it's time to replace the tray.
