Fits These Models: Chery Arrizo 6 Pro (all trims; confirm via VIN to match LED/halogen variants—some trims have different light setups).
Won’t Fit These:
Other Chery models (e.g., Arrizo 5, Tiggo 7 Pro): Their front-end shapes and wiring harnesses are different—this headlamp won’t align or connect.
Non-Chery vehicles: Even if it “looks similar,” the mounting clips and light angles are off—you’ll have dim light or loose fit.
Trim Compatibility: Works with the Arrizo 6 Pro’s original DRL, turn signal, and low/high beam functions. Aftermarket light kits (e.g., HID conversions) may not pair with it—stick to factory-style bulbs.
nstallation & Maintenance (Easy—Just Nail the Alignment!)
Installation: You Can Do This Yourself (Just Double-Check One Thing!)
Get to the headlamp: Pop open your Arrizo 6 Pro’s hood, then find the plastic cover behind the right front headlamp—it pops off easy.
Unplug the wires: Gently pull the plug from the back of the old headlamp (it clicks in place, so give it a solid pull to get it out).
Take out the old headlamp: Unscrew the 2 or 3 bolts holding it to the front frame, then yank the old headlamp out.
Put the new one in: Slide the 605000416AA into position, screw it back down, plug the wires back in, and snap the plastic cover shut. Test the lights—low beam, high beam, turn signal, and DRL—to make sure they all work.
Maintenance: Keep It Shining Bright for Years
Wipe the lens every month: Use a damp cloth and some gentle soap to clean the outer lens. Dirt, bugs, or road gunk build up and make the light dimmer—especially when it rains a lot.
Check the bulbs once a year: If the low beam or high beam stops working, don’t automatically think the whole headlamp’s busted—bulbs wear out! Replace the bulb first.
Fix water leaks quick: If you see fog inside the headlamp (from rain), the seal’s gone bad. Replace the headlamp or fix that seal fast—otherwise, the water might short out the wiring.
